Hotel Rates

All hotel reservations for the 2010 Convention will require a $225 deposit. Official Convention hotel rates will range from $198 to $225 single/double occupancy. Rates do not include tax which is currently 12.27%. Complete information regarding the 2010 Convention Housing will be available this September.

Hotel requests are handled separately from Convention registration. Therefore, payments must be submitted separately along with the appropriate forms. Purchase orders are not accepted for hotel deposits.

Air Transportation

American Airlines will be the official carrier for Phoenix.

You can book your discounted airfare by calling American Airlines Meetings directly at 1-800-433-1790 and refer to A2430AA or call NASSP Travel Services at 1-800-974-9393, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST. (Certain restrictions apply.)

Car Rental
