Airport Information
The Reno-Tahoe International Airport offers direct or one-stop service from all major cities in the U.S. The airport is less than 15 minutes away from both the Reno-Sparks Convention Center and official Convention Hotels downtown. Complimentary shuttles are available from the airport to all hotel properties in the area. Taxicabs and buses are also available curbside for your convenience.
Convention Center
NASSP Convention activities will take place at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center and at the Silver Legacy Resort (headquarters hotel). The Convention Center address is:

Meeting Room Overcrowding
NASSP will make every effort to schedule sessions deemed popular in rooms large enough to accommodate anticipated attendance. Since many topics are extremely popular, you may wish to select alternative sessions as you plan your Convention schedule.
Pre-Registration Packets
A name badge and any applicable tickets will be mailed to pre-registered attendees in early March — well in advance of your departure for Reno-Tahoe. Badge holders and program books may be picked up at a Registration desk at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. Registration open hours are:

Please note that pre-registration packets are not mailed unless or until all fees are paid in full.
Convention Attire
Dress throughout the NASSP Convention is casual for all attendees. Special evening events may require business attire.

The climate in the Reno valley is pleasantly dry with plenty of sunshine. The average high in March is 56; the low is 29. Lake Tahoe's average high in March is 47: and the low is 26.
