Attendees will extend the discussion of the Teacher Advancement Program (TAP) presented by Lowell Milken in the keynote address on Saturday morning. The session will provide opportunities to discuss TAP’s five principles and elaborate on issues of performance-based compensation in particular. The role of the principal in TAP will be considered. Issues that arise when applying TAP in “real” schools will also be presented.
