Registration Information
Register Early and Save
To receive the pre-registration fee, you can either complete the Registration and Ticketed Events Payment Form online or you can print out a PDF and return it, along with payment, to NASSP postmarked by Friday, January 30, 2004.

All faxed or online forms must be received by close of business on January 30, 2004. (Onsite fees will be applied to all forms postmarked or received by our office after January 30, 2004.)
If you are unable to register by the January 30, 2004, pre-registration deadline, on-site registration will be available at the Orange County Convention Center beginning Thursday, February 26, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Please refer to the on-site fees section on this page for the appropriate on-site registration costs. Purchase Orders are not an accepted method of payment for on-site registration.
Registration Confirmation
Your registration becomes effective when full payment of all fees is received. In order to receive requested ticketed events, full payment must be received with the registration form.
Provided proper registration fee(s) are enclosed, a registration confirmation will be mailed to you at the address provided on your completed form within one week of receipt.
If you have not received written confirmation from NASSP by February 6, 2004, you should expect to register on-site in Orlando.
Payment Information
Credit card information, check, or purchase order MUST accompany the completed registration form.
All fees for Convention registration and other ticketed events must be paid in full by Friday, January 30, 2004. Any outstanding fees will be collected at registration on site in Orlando.
Registration forms accompanied by Purchase Orders will be accepted, but individual registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received. All fees are due paid in full by Friday, January 30, 2004. Outstanding fees will be collected at registration on site in Orlando.
Cancellations
Should you find it necessary to cancel a registration, please follow the guidelines outlined below:
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to NASSP and be postmarked or received by Friday, January 30, 2004, to obtain a refund.
- A $50 processing fee will apply to ALL cancellations, including those paid by purchase order.
- All cancellations must be accompanied by the pre-registration materials provided (if applicable).
- There will be no refunds after Friday, January 30, 2004, as guarantees for space are paid in advance.

To qualify for the member rate you must be a current member of NASSP. If you do not know your NASSP Membership number please contact the Membership Department at 800-253-7746.

Nonmember Registration
Individual Nonmembers
All attendees not currently members of NASSP must register at the nonmember rate. This is your opportunity to become a member of NASSP. The Individual Nonmember registration fee includes a full-year of NASSP membership benefits. Individual Membership is open to all individuals engaged in the practice and supervision of middle level and/or high school administration.
NASSP has a joint membership agreement with the following State Associations for Individual memberships. Membership in State Association is required for individuals in:

The amounts above, for your state, must be added to the appropriate nonmember Convention registration fee.
Nonmembers registering from a unified state who do not include the unified membership fee noted above will not be accepted.
Associate Nonmembers
All attendees not currently Associate Members of NASSP must register at the Associate Nonmember rate. This is your opportunity to become an Associate Member of NASSP. The Associate Nonmember registration fee includes a full-year of NASSP membership benefits and is open to all graduate students, professors, department heads, and teachers not engaged in administration. Principals and Assistant Principals are not eligible for this membership category.
International Nonmembers
All attendees not currently International Members of NASSP must register at the International Nonmember rate. This is your opportunity to become an International Member of NASSP. The International Nonmember registration fee includes a full-year of NASSP membership benefits and is open to all school administrators employed outside the 50 United States.
