Back for an encore after last year’s highly acclaimed Women’s Forum on Networking (to which, as always, men are invited), author and communications specialist Lynne Waymon will lead participants through another fascinating and fast-paced session. Last year’s attendees learned how to network like a pro. This year, you’ll gain practical, down-to-earth, “how to’s” on getting your point across effectively and efficiently using Lynn’s own creative techniques for being more persuasive, including the “Fur Coat” and the “Hot Fudge Sundae” Rules. If you have to deal with shrinking resources, difficult people, and sticky situations—and who doesn’t—hone your skills for making a point without making an enemy. In this interactive workshop, Lynne will share stories, experiments, tips, simulations, and guidelines with easy-to-master strategies for getting your way and influencing others. The forum is open to all, regardless of gender. Come join us! Afternoon refreshments will be served.
