Through interactive exercises, participants identify their skills, fields of interest, values, preferred working conditions, and desired rewards. They will learn the importance of CAR (Challenge-Action-Results) stories: how and when to tell them. They will “graduate” ready to celebrate a life where passion and livelihood coincide.
