Success in today’s competitive job market requires more than a transcript of student records that are maintained by an educational institution. This program shows educators how to assist students in developing student-managed portfolios that document their employability skills. Students can use their portfolios in their job or college placement process. Documents that students have included in their portfolios are showcased.
