Category: School Environment
Time: Sunday, March 11, 3:30pm-5:00pm
Room: Rooms 6 & 7
Participants will receive an outline and suggested content to use in an advisory program at the middle and high school level. The presenters will provide inservice suggestions, planning techniques, packets, scheduling ideas, statistics, and survey information to show what a difference the advisory program makes for students, staff, and parents. Participants have worked at both levels and believe Caring Advisors Really Excel (CARE), as do their students. This program was implemented in both the inner city and the affluent suburbs.
