This session will detail a program that will help principals and assistant principals communicate expectations for teachers’ classroom performance. The session will also detail a plan for implementing an ongoing training program for principals and assistant principals in the area of instructional leadership. Participants will learn how to make a presentation to teachers about expectations for classroom performance, and how to organize an ongoing training program for principals/assistant principals in the area of instructional leadership.
