Middle level leadership is once again challenged to meet the demands of early adolescents through enhanced learning, effective teaching and supportive learning environments. This presentation will consider the dramatic changes that are shaping our nation and new initiatives that seek to restructure leadership for the 21st century. Skills that form the heart and soul of effective leadership will be discussed in a practical template format that will allow participants to effectively assess their own leadership strenths and areas for improvement.
