Olathe East High School uses two very different assessments, the ACT PLAN and the MIDAS (Multiple Intelligence Developmental Assessment Scale), as the foundation of the postsecondary opportunities target area of its school improvement plan. The target area builds the results of both tests into programs and activities designed to help students make informed choices for academic, career, and college planning. Schools with transition goals should find useful and practical ideas within this presentation.
