This practical interactive seminar is designed for the goal-oriented administrator. It will review fact patterns to help administrators maximize their problem solving and critical thinking skills to best use their resources. Administrators will learn specific strategies and actions leading to performance breakthroughs tailored to enhance individual and organizational results.
