A vision for active, involved learning in a technology- rich environment, a desire to facilitate change, and a principal–media specialist partnership have led to the development and implementation of a strong media/technology program that is integrated throughout the curriculum in a 1,000 student middle school. The nationally recognized program is well known for its ongoing technology staff development efforts. The presenter will share practical strategies that have led to success.
