Students represent an untapped resource in the change process. The involvement of students, teachers, and administrators together in student-led leadership workshops, team-building activities, and planning sessions has greatly increased the leadership capacity at Eastdale CVI. In this interactive workshop, you will investigate program components, the role of student leadership in creating a collaborative culture, and practical strategies to develop leadership potential at your school.
