Tired of staff conflict and having to work with difficult individuals in your school? This session will review conflict strategies and resources that have been delivered in training sessions to more than 500 principals. Participants will learn how to reduce conflict in schools and help staff members work together more effectively through a comprehensive review of conflict factors, conflict management resources and conflict reduction techniques. Participants will also receive handouts outlining diagnostic tools and management strategies.
