Through an interactive, hands-on approach, participants will become conversant in the most recent research on the brain and its relevance to their classroom. Included in this session will be specific brain-compatible strategies for infusing life skills into the curriculum and providing an enriched learning environment and designing and connecting powerful learning experiences through the use of multiple intelligences. The presenter is cofacilitator of the ASCD Brain-Based/Learning Styles Network.
