307. EnVISIONing Student Success

During this workshop, the participants will have the opportunity to identify themes that accurately reflect the vision of their schools. They will also explore the possibility of restructuring their school’s leadership organizational chart to enhance their ability to have all staff members working in the same direction. Finally, they will devise a staff development framework that can help them focus their attention on what is important for the current school year.
