How can you build a cadre of valued and loyal substitute teachers? This presentation will offer insights into best practices regarding the recruitment, training, and retention of substitute teachers. Participants will learn how to effectively support substitute teachers as professional educators and will find out how to initiate low-cost or no-cost incentives and practices to recruit and retain substitute teachers. Participants will leave with an action plan for implementation in their school.
