Through interactive activities and conversation, the presenters will examine the four key elements of shared instructional leadership, analyze teachers' and principals' levels of readiness for shared instructional leadership, and determine a school's degree of development toward becoming a community of learners. Using guidelines, rubrics, and supporting material, participants will generate next steps for professional growth programs and school improvement.
