Creating a Learning Community: Teachers and Administrators Sharing Instructional LeadershipCategory: Leadership/Governance Through interactive activities and conversation, the presenters will examine the four key elements of shared instructional leadership, analyze teachers' and principals' levels of readiness for shared instructional leadership, and determine a school's degree of development toward becoming a community of learners.
