On December 1, 1997, a freshman at Heath High School in Paducah, KY, shot eight fellow students. Three girls died and two others suffered paralyzing injuries. As principal, Bill Bond had to deal with the aftermath of this tragedy. He will share his expertise and insights regarding responding to a school crisis, including controlling the shooter, caring for injured students, and dealing with emotional parents and a very aggressive media.
