Don’t panic, get help! The new vision of leadership is that all teachers will help provide the instructional leadership for teaching and learning necessary in today’s educational climate. Within a range of leadership roles, teachers can contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning. In this session, participants will learn an effective way to involve teachers in leadership and strategies to develop an organization in which every member is a leader.
