It has been many years since this topic has been presented at the NASSP Convention. Although each state and district may handle contracts in a different way, it is my hope that this workshop will provide a process, information, generic contracts, and an exchange that will benefit all the participants. We are in the period of "free agency," when an excellent principal can begin to look for the "highest bidder."
