School leaders can create a school climate that celebrates individual student diversity by employing the instructional strategies defined as differentiated instruction. Participants will learn about differentiation and how to plan for and initiate successful differentiation models. The presenters will also offer specific advice on how to supervise and evaluate teachers as they differentiate content, process, product, and assessment.
