125. How to Work Less, Play More and Still Get the Job Done in a Normal School Week

This program has been proven to multiply the time principals spend in classrooms monitoring instruction by 500 percent or more while simultaneously reducing their work loads by 15-20 hours per week and raising student achievement. In this presentation, participants will learn about education paradigms that keep school leaders overworked and underutilized, ways to increase a principal’s time in classrooms by 500 percent or more, strategies for getting a principal and the front office staff out the school door by 4 p.m. everyday, without losing administrative effectiveness, best practices for utilizing the school secretary, and ways to produce breakthroughs in student achievement in as little as one year.
