Learn effective systems to make students feel important and decrease alienation by establishing and invitational environment and mentoring programs. Students with behavioral difficulties can benefit from a behavior/management level mentoring system that involves goal setting, daily contact, and accountability. Invisible mentoring is a system that any school can implement easily.
